Hotel was ideally situated - surrounded by convenience stores and tavernas and only a short walk to more shops, the old town and the harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was clean and bright. My only complaint about the hotel was that they left the lounger cushions out in the violent 12 hour thunderstorms that we had on our first day. Consequently, we had to sit on wet loungers for the rest of the week!

Actual hotel true to pictures on TUI website. Nice lobby with plenty of seating and charging points. Lovely staff at reception and cleaning staff friendly. Great location.

This is a return trip to the same hotel for us but eight years apart. Accommodation has undertaken a refurbishment and the rooms were clean however the seating around the pool were material cushions which were left out and were drenched through even on the sunny days which meant they couldn’t be sat on. The food was the biggest disappointment we booked half board and two nights we chose to eat out on one night we only ate ice cream as the quality of the food was so poor. We found on one night when we turned up one hour after opening that a lot of the food had gone and what was left was cold.

Slightly odd room with little natural light from a window facing inwards. The door was slightly off with the frame and so light came in all around it from the corridor. This also meant there was little in the way of noise insulation from people coming and going. The air conditioning had to been full at all times and was extremely noisy.
