    We live the hotel hsve been a few times before the staff are remarkable from the cleaners to the waitress to the bar staff there is not anything they won't do to help your holiday experience be amazing the entertainment at the hotel can be a little bit and miss but obviously what we may not like others do however the DJ makes our holiday evening experience he is second to none makes our holiday complete he is such an all round lively guy and is a credit to the hotel.

    Poor quality food choice in main restaurant - much of which was under or over cooked. This resulted in us not using our option for half board on many occasions

    Generally all great. Minor gripes though very minor & spoilt nothing at all. Minor delays 30 mins-ish (out), 60-70 mins (back). Could not hear pilots over speakers on way back. As i said, didn’t spoil the holiday one bit though.

    currently being upgraded and the new pool area is an asset. I asked for a ground floor for my mum who cannot walk far and was given a room same level as reception which is level 1 not ground. They have upgraded a lot of the rooms now to include a pool which feels they will outprice a lot of people from coming to the hotel. Food has definitely taken a downward step as all our previous visits were much better and felt like dinner time we were making do rather than enjoying the food on offer. Not sure what they do to the alcoholic drinks but after drinking all evening no one felt like they had drank a single drop of alcohol. We ended up drinking outside the hotel which was additional expense not expected as well as eating out several occasions so we felt we had had a few good meals.

    “Fantastisch met een kleine ergernis”

    Hotel Blue sea beach was een fantastisch hotel/resort. Alles wat wij leuk vinden was aanwezig (entertainment in de avond en wandelen langs een boulevard). Het handdoekje leggen vindt ook hier plaats wat maakt dat wij geen een keer bij het zwembad konden liggen en naarmate het drukker werd ook moeite hadden een strandbed te vinden bij het strand. Het eten was prima en het personeel erg vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon en klein maar fijn. Wel liep er een drukke weg achter het hotel langs. Dit zou kunnen irriteren als de kamer hier dichtbij ligt. Transfers werden niet in app vermeld en de naam van het hotel klopt niet met hoe TUI het aanduid in de app bij reservering excursies en transfers. Pas dit aan TUI! Wij hebben het verder heerlijk gehad en kunnen dit hotel zeker aanraden.
