“Geweldig !!!!”

Blue Horizon is een geweldig gastvrij hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en het eten is top!! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

“Een heerlijke vakantie”

Het hotel Blue Horizon (****)in Lalissos (Trianta) voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Het hotel was schoon ook de kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, het eten was divers en goed en 's-avonds was de animatie leuk.

If staying in room on floors, we saw several problems with lift size and Guests waiting a lot...many of our Friends at home are older and that might not work for them. The bungalow was sweet. It suited us, apart from briefly, noisy neighbours on patio late at night, for one only.. We asked at 2315 to lower voices and they did. A personal, colourful beach towel was taken from our patio, it seems (possibly at beach edge, even room). We went out early to Symi all day and could not find this Sweden map towel on return. Petra the Rep.next day was far more concerned than the Staff. who were fairly dismissive and very nonchalant. Rude and not at all sorry, at Reception. I felt like a scatty, annoying old lady (I am young looking 70 year old) Not in Housekeeping Lost Property or found around the beach. We asked beach bar Staff, who were at least polite and made more effort to be helpful. When 2 electical.things went wrong in room they were sorted. We could not fathom the air conditioning. We managed without. We had guessed it would be a problem. Shocked to have to pay 20 euros for the SAFE Deposit Box. With what happened over towel, later on, glad that we did. THE housemaids were erratic, hrowing the bathrobe on our clothes twice. Folding it only once! We started off with 2 bathrobes. The next day one remained. We did not mind. The picked flowers early on, in room in glass, nice touch, yes. NEVER left us any more teabags or milk. Had to obtain around hotel. I bought supermarket milk. It lasted barely 2 days, as fridge was old and not cold enough. That was so poor. Worst Issue was returning from local beach area in evening, after windy sea swim, husband went to pool. I wanted a shower in our Bungalow 519. I found one damp small white towel left by maid in bathroom. So I was chasing up the correct towels and the bath mat at Reception at 1730. No apology at Desk. Towels wer handed to me, as I walked back to bungalow. They were from pile and other Bungalows were being delivered at same time. VERY POOR.

“Top hotel, heerlijk aan de zee”

Zeer net hotel met schone en ruime kamers. Schoonmaaksters maken dagelijks een feestje om op de kamer te komen. Het buffet is zeer uitgebreid en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Enig minpuntje zou je kunnen vinden dat de vliegtuigen over de accommodatie heen komen.

Very good ,sea view , cleaners changing towels and cleaning every day and also very friendly
