Restaurant at the hotel was closed on the day of our arrival so we had to venture out in the pouring rain feeling very tired after our journey to look for a restaurant in a place we weren’t familiar with. Not many English speakers at the hotel so difficult to get directions and recommendations. Of the ten days at the hotel the restaurant was shut on seven of them in the evenings. There were no bar snacks available. Because of our early departure time there was no breakfast provided, just coffee from the bar.

The bedroom was boiling when it was 30+ degrees outside and when we asked about the air-con we were told it had been turned off as it wasn’t warm enough! With the steep inclines from the town back to the hotel it can be a more demanding walk for elderly and less active clients.

Shower cubicle very small. Breakfast was great selection but I would have liked more fresh fruit variety as only tinned peaches and prunes. Continental great for me but my husband would have enjoyed a cooked breakfast but the paltry offer was pretty bad. Apples and lemons cucumber for smoothies! Had evening meal there once but not great at all and not buffet vegetables like written on menu...just a salad. But think they were last days open in restaurant so just providing basics maybe!?. Restaurant staff didn't seem very happy!

Hotel Elite, Livico Terme, great hotel short walk to the centre of Livico, longer walk to lake, beautiful scenery everywhere, food was,typical Italian, beer and wine manly German, we had a great holiday. Highly recommended.

Very relaxing grounds and amazing breakfast. Quite close to centre although there are a few steps up to the entrance and a bit of a hill to climb every time you go back to the hotel. No problem though.
