    Air conditioning wasn’t working on the first night, reported to reception who arranged for it to be fixed. It stopped working again two days later but again was fixed promptly. All good after that. Lifts weren’t great, one wasn’t working for most of the week. And they rarely stopped on our floor (third) so we had to walk down the stairs to the floor below. This was a problem for my mum who has mobility issues, as were the steps on the split level floors. It was all fine for my son and me, but I wouldn’t class this hotel as very accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

    Hotel blisko plaży, czysty, przemiła obsługa i przepyszne jedzenie:)

    Poor air con in rooms. Bar closes at 11pm. Having to use token for drinks. Food not hot. Poor evening entertainment. Soap not replenished by cleaning staff so had to go to reception to get soap.

    Very clean hotel, nice rooms and comfy beds. Lovely views. Location of hotel was spot on, right by a beach and walking distance/ easy swimming to other beaches. Pools were clean and well maintained. Food choices were good and varied, and despite being a big hotel there was always somewhere to sit and very little queuing for food. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
