The hotels location , staff and food were all extremely good, very clean and well maintained, we could literally walk just three metres from the hotels chill out area and be on the beach, pure heaven.

Best 4 Star is not standard 4Star, more 3 star. Only hot option was toast and omelette everything was cold

The staff were amazing, especially the receptionists. Spoke amazing English and there knowledge of things outside of the hotel was extremely helpful. The cleanness was fantastic, always a place to have a drink. Never seemed too busy/packed. A couple a negatives, the food wasn't always warm/hot. Sometimes it was cold especially in the morning, I walked past (outside) a few occasions and the cooked food was out at 7:15 which I think it too early and the chef not beening at his station for alot of the morninf ( when i was there) so couldn't get the fresh food that was cooked to orde. Not having a bin in the toilet isn't right and that we couldn't out the light on for the toilet without the other light coming on which wakes up the other person. That we needed okay for our drinks there and then and it wasn't billed to your room. I think it's a much more pleasant experience if you don't need to think about carrying cash/card in your hotel. Overall though it was a fantastic accommodation, even with the negative things I still believe is a top hotel. Comfy beds and spacious room with the hotel being in a great location.

Food from breakfast and dinner wasn’t hot enough unless you had from the show cooking area, the rest was luke warm at best, food was plentiful but became limited due to above, serving staff were young and in our view not trained well, ie couldn’t open a bottle of wine without breaking the cork resulting in us requesting a new bottle, also they didn’t smile, try and engage with anyone apart from those that spoke Spanish, our fault for not speaking it but as you take us there you need take this into consideration as there were a lot of o=people older than us who were not happy with this

An excellent hotel in a privileged position in a quiet location and backing onto the beach. Wonderful staff, very helpful.
