We had a fantastic family holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and the staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. It is an ideal destination for families, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable break. We were also lucky enough to have fantastic weather during our stay, which made the experience even better. The only minor downside was the daily rush for sunbeds, which meant queuing early each morning to secure a spot by the pool. The restaurant could also become very busy at peak times, often resulting in queues and a scramble to find a table. Despite these issues, they did not detract significantly from what was an excellent holiday. The combination of great service, cleanliness, family-friendly facilities, convenient location and beautiful weather made for a memorable stay. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel to other families looking for a fun and relaxing holiday.

“Bon repos mes rien de plus”

Hôtel sans plus,dans lequel je n’y retournerai pas , les enfants ne peuvent pas jouer avec des ballons,bouée ou autres, pas de t-shirt dans la piscine tempi pour les coup de soleil ! Personnel de piscine qui nous mets un avertissement pour réservation de transat alors que nous somme parti déjeuner 40 min je précise il y avait encore plein de transat libre, la gestion du personnel responsable de veiller à la piscine la journée est à revoir. Sinon le personnel du restaurant est top, souriant, disponible et vu le comportement de certains vacanciers chapeau. Les repas rien de terrible et répétitif mes vu le comportement de certains encore une fois je comprends. La chambre était bien et propre. Pour avoir fait plusieurs autres hôtels dans cette région, il y a mieux et pas loin ! Cette hôtel à besoin de rénovation et de changement.

Alles was perfect, het vliegtuig, de transfer en het hotel. Nergens hebben wij iets ondervonden die beter kon. Ook alle nodige info werder door de app genotifieerd. Het enige die ontbraak was de herinnering om de terug check in te doen maar dat is iets die wij zelf wisten. Nog iets: het aan boord gaan van het vliegtuig. Meestal worden families met babies eerst aangeroepen om aan boord te gaan (normaal want met een baby en alle valiezen is eht niet makkelijk). Hier werden eerst degene die meer hadden betaald (TUI gold of Luxe of zoiets) en dan de rest. Dat wilt zeggen dat wij met een baby op ons schoot heel de file en de overrompeling van alle mensen die aan boord wouden hebben moeten meemaken. Dit was in BXL en ook in LEI.

Très ********** expérience avec un enfant de 3ans, les activitées étaient extra et notre fille à adoré les animateurs. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympa. Aucune complication. Nourriture correcte et variée, de quoi faire plaisir à tout le monde. Service de nettoyage top également. Chambre et hôtel certes pas neuf, mais tout à fait corrects.
