Beautiful connecting rooms with a sea view. Cleaned and re-stocked regularly by staff.

The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it, leaving an inch of water, we had to use the towels provided to clean it up and ask for them to replaced everyday. The beds were not changed and were full of sand from the floor. The furniture was coming away from the wall and the plug blew the hairdryer we had brought from home. The shower was attached side ways on the wall so you had to lean up against the wall to get under the water, there was also black mould around the tiles. The sink wasn’t cleaned most days. The staff were only helpful if you tipped them, the food was open in the restaurant with no guards in front of it, flies around food and people touching things and putting it back. We asked for help from the TUI rep for hearing aid batteries they told us to leave the resort and find some, or ask at reception. We asked reception they told us to go to the gift shop…. Once you had tipped staff once, they approached you all the time which was uncomfortable. We ordered iced coffees from the bar and were given them with off milk, it was clearly off as there were white chunks floating around them.

Wybrałam pokój z widokiem na morze. Otrzymałam pokój w budynku głównym, widok przepiękny. Minusem był słyszalny hałas od otwarcia basenu do ok 23.00 głośnej, takiej samej muzyki. Gdybym o tym wiedziała wybrała bym pokój z widokiem na ogród przy bocznej plaży. Hotel posiada dwie piękne plaże. Plaża bilo basenu, ze względu na muzykę też nie była dla mnie, natomiast druga plaża idealna dla osób które lubią spokój
