    Sun express online check in didn’t work. I spent 2hrs in the TUI store Cheshire oaks and had to wait until 9.20pm to called by a TUI rep, who confirmed that I could check in at the airport. This added a load of stress to the start of my holiday. TUI advised me there is nothing they can do to help with Sun express check in and it’s basically not a TUI problem. That I categorically disagree with given TUI have taken my hard earned money. To find solutions to problems. The hotel pool entertainment water ballet and themed evenings like the avatar show and love evening were cancelled this year (this was the main reason originally chose to return to the hotel) The standard of food was not 5 star and was substandard compared to last year. This cost me more money due to needing to pay to eat outside of the hotel. There wasn’t a TUI rep at the hotel - Jet 2 in comparison were there every day and were on hand to answer any questions. Despite mr not flying with them. I might as well of booked the holiday direct with the hotel and booked my own flights. Because TUI have taken the money and had no input into my holiday and could not help when I had an issue with the online check in and other issues whilst on holiday. I attempted to check in online on the way home and to top it off - it wouldn’t work. I arrived at the airport and the Sun express representative refused to let me check in for free for the first 30 minutes of the conversation. Which caused undue stress and anxiety to my family and I. To pay circa £6000 (originally £8000) for this holiday is completely

    “Bel hôtel”

    Bel hôtel très propre. Personnel disponible et serviable. Beaux buffets. Belles piscines. Je n'avais pas compris qu'il fallait prendre une navette pour se rendre à la plage mais tout était bien organisé. Un bémol sur les espaces intérieurs où l'air co n'était pas toujours là... chouettes spectacles en soirée. Hôtel familiale.
