It was a very run down hotel. Restaurant was so noisy we had to leave a few times as we couldn't hear each other speak over the table. The Vegetarian options were really poor too. The two vegetarians in our party had to eat pizza, pasta and salad every meal time apart from a couple of rare occasions. It was also mainly a hotel for nationals so a lot of the entertainment was spoken in broken English. It wasn't somewhere I would recommend..

The food at the hotel is not great, ther isn't alot of variety and what they do have on offer in the restaurant is not enjoyable. The snack bar is the best bet for food at this hotel. The pools are not cleaned properly, each day ther was clumps of hair (alot!) in the pool which customers were having to remove themselves as was wrapping around people and getting stuck to wristbands. When pointed out to 4 members of staff it was only cleaned when we collected alot of it and went to the maintenance team ourselves. Lifeguards should all be taught the same as their difference in opinions on what type of floatys can be used in the pool caused alot of upset for my daughter who is autistic

Hotel over priced . Hotel in need of TLC 70% was Spanish that was staying at hotel and was very rude to British lots of complaints. Entertainment in an evening for children was 60% spoken in Spanish. Leaving ppl that didn’t speak Spanish clueless Wouldn't be going back
