Show moreThe room we paid alot extra foor was a seaview superior junior suite. The room was same size as other hotel rooms, the cleanliness was bad, the condition was very dated, no plug sockets spare, 2 leaks through ceiling and light fittings, locked out on balcony due to poor door fixtures, our so called free mini bar only stocked when tips left, bedding only changed once in 2 weeks, not one turn down service, food stains on walls, shower head hardly worked and drain cover was detatched, had to fix cystern in toilet myself for first 4 days. Awful experience, not woeth £ 600 extra we paid for it..

Show moreFood great. Drinks I think was watered down. On 2 occasions fridge was not replaced on 2 days had to go to reception to complain.
