The location is too remote and the lack of TUI organised pickups from the hotel made excursions impossible. Transfer time from the airport is too long. Food in the all inclusive buffet was cold and poor quality. Accommodation was clean but housekeeping fell short with us having to chase for towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Lack of TUI representation at the hotel made it difficult to resolve issues due to language barriers. There was no evening entertainment programme due to the football, with just the same live music provided in the bar every evening.

Hotellet var rent och fräscht samt mat och dryck (inklusive drinkar) höll bra kvalité. Dock var det en bedrövlig ljudnivå i matsalen vilket gjorde att det inte gick att njuta av måltiderna. Dock fanns vissa frågetecken kring sallad och dessertbordet eftersom det bara fanns ett fåtal bestick att ta med vilket medförde att mycket blandades när besticken skulle flyttas runt. Två a la carte-restauranger ingick för oss med ”vanlig AI” och där var miljön betydligt mer njutbar och mat samt service höll bra standard. Hotellet har möjlighet att boka premium AI vilket innebär tillgång till en egen pool, poolbar samt en ytterligare a la carte-restaurang. Bra utbud av aktiviteter på hotellet, vissa svårigheter att finna lediga solstolar vid poolerna men vid stranden fanns alltid lediga stolar och parasoll (ingick i AI). Även svårt att få plats vid bord på den lilla yta där kvällsunderhållningen pågick. Mycket bra service av personal som snabbt städade undan och hämtade glas vid poolen/stranden samt i restaurangen. Det negativa (förutom nämnda ljudnivå i matsalen) är att hotellet ligger mycket avsides vilket innebär att transfer från Tivats flygplats tar ca 2,5h. Det innebär också att eventuella utflykter innebär långa resor och tar lång tid, samt att utbudet är begränsat. Det var synd eftersom Montenegro har en fantastisk natur och miljö som vi gärna hade upptäckt mer av, men det får bli en annan gång. Det saknas också ett gym. Hotellet har ett enkelt utegym men det var slitet och begränsat utbud.

The accommodation was good but we did upgrade to premium which included named drinks but we didn't always get them . We were told premium drinks were included but this was not always the case Rooms were cleaned and nice food was good but even though we went in June queues we're long if you timed it wrong.

Poor food at the hotel

Be aware that the airport is tiny, there is NO tui reps to guide you and it is chaotic- straight from passport to carpark more or less! We asked the saga rep and the easyjet rep but noone seemed to be able to advise us until a young man appeared with our names on a piece of cardboard who guided us to a lovey suv. He was great showing us various sights on the 2and a half hour private transfer. The accommodation is large but set in blocks so not overwhelming, the restaurants were perfect but the buffet food was always cold, no show cooking and very noisy with 3xs as many tired young children as adults .we paid for the premium offering and so it was better. Adult only pool as well as numerous other pools. Spotless lovely well tended gardens. Amazing staff who just want to make you happy
