    We were returning to this location in Jamaica for our 10th wedding anniversary, as we had spent our honeymoon at this hotel. Location on Negril Beach you could not get better, staff all lovely and decent service, food did lack variety, but was tasty! generally hotel was looking a bit tired in places and we did have issues with no water in the morning on 3 days. However we did not let that spoil our time there. It was great!

    The transfer you booked from the airport was not suitable I told you I couldn’t manage stairs but a rackety old bus was booked for us I struggled to get into. The room stunk of mold no water or flushing toilet. The resort did move us. No rep to be seen no information from a rep. Food was very limited Tui advertised as 4 star 5 ts wouldn’t give it 3 stars very run down badly in need of upgrading. And you sent same bus to pick us up overall I don’t think it worthwhile booking with tui might as well booked everything separately ourselves

    The accommodation was tired needing lots of attention whilst we were threre. The hairdryer and kettle had to be replaced the balcony flooded the door wouldn’topen twice we were without running water speradically over four days . The hotel staff were lovely but we never met any managers and it was badly managed
