    Very rundown needs full refurb we was in adult only section the bar by the sea was closed by 10.30pm only 2 alacarts was open out of 4 not much entertainment when they did have a show outside the wooden planks on the floor was not safe they had hols in and was spongy . The wardrobe was in the bathroom where the shower and toilet was so cloths was damp the only good thing good was the staff and the beach it’s not a 5 star maybe a 3 star . We have been going on holiday with you for the past 25 years and have not been disappointed only this time .

    When we booked holiday August 2025, it was a 5 star hotel, we since found out it had been downgraded to a 4 star. This was not reflected in the price what we had paid. Also, paid extra for a swim up room and requested to be by a pool bar, however the pool bar did not open whole we were there.

    Having been to this hotel when it was a sensatori and small to now is completely different. We have been 5 times and have found with each visit that the overall appearance and maintenance of the hotel is utterly shocking. The staff work tirelessly with what they have. Only ever two restaurants open at a time. The bar areas are tired and the staff seem to have lost their spark that set these areas alive in the evenings. The decking area is quite frankly dangerous (we mentioned this on our last visit three years back) The rooms were comfortable but wardrobe doors broken patio furniture broken, glass needed a good clean and the paint work needed redoing. This is advertised as a 5 star when in fact it should be a 3 star hotel. The he beach furniture is in dire need of being replaced and the towels need replacing too. What makes it for us is the beach and the closeness of the hotel to the sandy beach.

    As stated in my comment box our room was very poor due to damp and mildew and the water issues, water was consistently off which resulted in unhygienic environment Pool swim up bar was never open during our stay which was disappointing
