    Recommended

    On arrival we were put in to temporary accommodation as the previous occupants had broken a glass door. The next day we moved and the room could not be faulted, it met all our needs and was very satisfactory.

    The hotel and service was great but the arrival and original room allocation was a disgrace. Some people wouldn't complain but we had saved and paid over £5000 for a holiday which was supposed to be a celebration so I was not going to accept the original room that we were allocated and I speak on behalf of my family and my parents. The service from the receptionist was brilliant and she allocated us one of the best rooms on the complex as she could see how upset I was. TUI is the company I have the issue with.

    Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and towels replenished regularly. Food at breakfast and dinner was warm rather than hot and not as good as what I’d hoped for an expected for 4star. I’m really not fussy and love all inclusive especially breakfast but it wasn’t the best. Desserts were good and the food at the Italian/Greek day restaurant was great so we made sure we ate there as our main meal and it didn’t tend to matter so much. Beds were very comfortable and so were the loungers. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
