    Fabulous customer service throughout our weeks holiday, the service shone through so congratulations to the Hotel manager and his team. Indeed we made sure we let the manager know how impressed we were and of course thanked all the staff we came in contact with, we made friends with many of them they were lovely!! The rooms were also very comfortable, beds were lovely hot showers everyday, plenty of water soft drinks and beer in our fridge if needed everyday. Food was very varied and good quality and plentiful and service in all restaurants excellent, the staff are a lot of fun, so just take the opportunity to speak with them, you will be surprised how much they appreciate being appreciated and you will leave smiling, you will always get back what you give. There was nothing we disliked.

    “Mycket trevligt hotell”

    Personalen på hotellet var väldigt revliga och tillmötesgåend. Välkommnade med drink och och hjälpande bemötande. TUI` s personal finns inte på detta hotell och om hjälp behövs så är det endast via app eller telefon som finns. Mycket bra mat med väldigt trevlig personal. Vi fick myrinvasion på rummet men det löstes snabbt och smidigt av personalen på hotellet.

    Really disappointing to be given a bill to sign every time you sit down for a drink or for food. Even at the self service buffet restaurant we were presented with a bill to sign. I don’t expect this, especially at an all inclusive hotel. It is clearly aimed at pressuring people into leaving tips. This would put me off booking to go there again.

    We had to request a room change since the sliding door to the balcony would not work in our allocated room. We ended up in room 137 in the main building which was spot on.
