    “Atrium - hotel do którego chce się wracać”

    Początkowo, gdy czytałam opinie osób, które pisały, że są kolejny raz w tym hotelu, wydawało mi się to trochę bez sensu. Kolejny raz w to samo miejsce? Po co? 😉 Teraz już doskonale rozumiem, bo sama bardzo chętnie tu wrócę! Hotel jest wspaniały. Mimo że jestem dość wymagającym klientem, naprawdę nie jestem w stanie wskazać żadnych wad. Ogromnym atutem tego miejsca jest obsługa. W barach, restauracjach, recepcji czy na plaży – wszędzie spotykaliśmy przemiłych, serdecznych, uśmiechniętych i pomocnych ludzi. Dzięki nim od pierwszego dnia można poczuć się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Jedzenie jest na najwyższym poziomie. Oprócz tradycyjnego bufetu goście mogą zamawiać również dania z karty. Każdy dzień to inna kuchnia – grecka, azjatycka i wiele innych. Dodatkowo można korzystać z restauracji znajdujących się na terenie hotelu. My wybraliśmy restaurację włoską i jedzenie było po prostu wybitne. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest możliwość zamawiania przez aplikację napojów i przekąsek zarówno przy basenie, jak i na plaży. Leżysz na leżaku, składasz zamówienie i po chwili wszystko zostaje przyniesione – to już Prawdziwy luksus. Plaża jest kamienista, ale bardzo duża, z mnóstwem bezpłatnych leżaków. Przy wejściu zawsze wita gości przesympatyczny Pan, a około godziny 11 rozdawane są arbuzy – drobiazg, ale niezwykle miły akcent, który jeszcze bardziej uprzyjemnia plażowanie. 🍉 Na terenie hotelu mieszka też sporo kotków. 🐈 Mam nadzieję, że hotel odpowiednio o nie dba, bo są przesympatycznymi „maskotkami” i zdecydowanie umilają pobyt gościom. Z całego serca polecam Atrium Palace. Jeśli zastanawiasz się, jaki hotel wybrać – jedź do Atrium Palace. Nie zawiedziesz się! Ja już doskonale rozumiem osoby, które wracają tutaj kolejny raz. Sama z ogromną przyjemnością do nich dołączę. ❤️

    “Schöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage mit mehreren Pools & strandnah”

    Das Atrium Palace hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Sehr schöne Anlage in einem weitläufigen Garten. Sehr viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten inclusive, wie Tennis, Padel, Minigolf, Beachvolleyball, Yoga… Etwas schade fand ich, dass die Sauna nur bis 18.45 Ihr geöffnet hatte. Abends wäre es schön gewesen, zu saunieren. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und bei Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. 100%ige Empfehlung! 😀

    We were dropped off at the bottom of a steep hill and made to walk up with our 3 suitcases at 3am after a 3 hour delay with our young daughter. The coach could have easily have driven up the hill to drop us outside. Or arranged for a member of the hotel staff to come down and help us. Not what you expect when you spend that much money on a holiday. Ordering food or drinks from the hotel app to our sunbed - on a few occasions our drinks never came after more than 1 hour of waiting. Really strong smell of sewage throughout the hotel which was really off putting. Had to keep asking for our included fridge to be restocked with water. Again, not what you expect on an ultra inclusive holiday Evening shows - not great Al La carte menus at dinner - it felt like the staff didn’t particularly want you to have these and you had to specifically chase someone to ask for the dishes No one explained to us how things worked in the hotel with the app or the booking process for restaurants or ordering food, drink or booking events. We managed to work it out from speaking to other customers.
