    For me personally there were too many children, speciality restaurants weren’t that special, the overall price for the holiday was a lot for the hotel. However I didn’t have a choice as it was for a wedding .

    “I would avoid this hotel if I know”

    We booked via TUI agency by stating all our requests and blindly trusted the recommended hotel based on our positive experiences from previous years. This time is was horrible!!! 1- This was the smallest open buffet I have ever gone. Mostly pork served, sometimes no beef or 1 minced beef food only. Although taste is not bad, it was very poor selections. 2- No snack bar!!! Normally you go snack bar in hotels to pizza, hamburger, hot dog, pasta or salads, right? This hotel, there is 1 meter glassed section - only burger or hot dog fixed. You ask, staff makes. I asked double burger, staff checked with 3 different colleagues to figure out whether they are doing it or not - just like kidding. 3- They deliver a beach towel change card - you are only allowed to change on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday so technically 2 times for 1 week stay. If something happens to towel, bad luck! Normally all hotels I stayed so far was changing it whenever you want to change - are customers in concentration camp? 4- No shower in beach area - not possible to take a shower and remove sea salt after swimming. There is only 1 shower place in pool area but you need to push and hold hard button - not possible for my kid to take shower without me or my wife. 5- Worst front desk I have ever seen - they just say no anything that you bring, continuosly shouting around. We were waiting for excursion bus in front and 1 teen was eating something, front desk staff came and shout here is reception, not restauranttt, you cant eat here in front of 20 other guests. Take anyone from restaurant and bar service staff, put into front desk, literally anyone can do 5x better job than current front desk people! 6- Very bad laundry: there were continuous dirts on bath towels. Housekeeping was doing all the best but as laundry is horrible, what they can do!! 7- Pool was getting blurry after 1 pm - you start to see some stuff is swimming on top after 4 pm. I have not seen that kind of scenes in pool before. 8- Animation is important for us - but it was poor in this hotel. Only Andreas and Erwin were trying to do their best to keep guests happy and entertain. That is not enough for evening shows etc. What is good: except than no shower, beach is good. Mediterreanen restaurant is good - book your table for following day at 00:00 everyday and eat something. Service staff and housekeeping is trying to their best and always friendly Thanks to Andreas and Erwin again! And Diana for taking care my daughter.
