Room - needs plug/usb sockets by the beds. Tea /coffee facilities are in a dark cupboard, which could be dangerous, so either put them on a surface within the room or fit a light. Magnifying mirror needed in bathroom of room 129 Apart from that, very clean with decent complimentary items Pool - the whole area needs a good power wash, as the concreted areas and drains are very dirty looking. Grass areas are in a very poor condition and, I feel, unhygienic. There are cats and so the areas are very likely used as their toilets! Food - lovely and great variety. Staff - are excellent and very friendly Restaurants - are also really lovely. Food is very tasty Entertainment - very poor. The two youngsters who run it (and are clearly an item!) have no enthusiasm and are boring. The visiting entertainment is ok but a bit repetitive ie different singers but same genre and same songs

Food choice in the buffet restaurant was quite limited and very repetitive. Choice of all inclusive drinks, particularly cocktails was also limited. Hotel was not able to offer a courtesy room and the cost of keeping our room for 5 hours was very expensive. The only option was to showery and change in the pool toilets/changing room. I regard this as particularly factor for not revisiting the hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Food choice brilliant. Views and position of hotel on coast wonderful. Only drawback, hotel is in a very quiet area, virtually nothing about if you like an evening wandering along tourist attractions/shops/nightlife.
