    Recommended

    Room was clean but cleaning staff sometimes came too early (was still sleeping) at times however, they were still nice and apologetic. TV has lots of channels and allows access to youtube and can connect phone to TV which was really good. Might be worth adding a note onto the TUI page that the hotel has a few restaurants but can only book two of them.

    I would not recommend this hotel at all. The reception staff were extremely rude, unhelpful and made us feel like a complete inconvenience whenever we needed assistance. For the amount of money you spend to stay here, I expected a much higher standard of service. The cleanliness around the pool was also disappointing. There was broken glass near my room, which I reported to the manager because I have a young daughter and was obviously concerned about her safety. The manager made a big deal about asking exactly where it was, yet two days later the glass was still there. I find this completely unacceptable. The lift is another major concern. It is extremely old, the doors close on you, and on occasions it did not appear to stop properly. This felt very dangerous, especially for families with young children. There was also an incident involving my sister, who took her two children to the toilet while at the pool. When they returned, their belongings had been taken by someone claiming to be “security”, who I had never seen before. We were also constantly seeing people putting towels on sunbeds early in the morning to reserve them, even though they weren’t actually using them. Overall, the staff were incredibly unhelpful and the whole experience was very disappointing, particularly considering how much money we spent on the holiday. The only positives were the reps, who were lovely and helpful, and our room cleaner, who did a great job. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

    It is out dated needs updating Drinks and cocktails were poor even size of the plastic cups Food poor in the main restaurant theme nights poor quality and same food each night. Choice being buffet style in the Italian restaurant and not al carte as an experience Really enjoyed the Wok Asian

    Hilly and demanding if you're older / unfit as accomodation is mainly up steps and hilly paths, but staff with electric buggies are always on hand to convey you uphill and down if needed.
