    Recommended

    Paid extra for a swim up suite and the cleanliness of the pool and size of the terrace were very disappointing for the extra £1500. Power cuts every single day and always whilst getting ready for the evening. Several showers in the dark or no shower when water went..

    This was not a sensatori 5 star resort at all!!! The hotel staff were so poor. Food options was abysmal and the staff at the buffet were rude and absolutely zero customer service skills. We spent over £6k for this holiday. I invited my folks as well as I thought it being a 5 star rated resort it would be appropriate for them - so they spent £3k. For £9k we would have been able to go somewhere truly 5* or even for £6k could have gone some far better. Won’t use TUI again

    I have stayed at the hotel 3 times before with my family and so this was a first choice for a week away with my partner in Crete. However, sadly it didn't quite hit the mark this time which was such a shame. We were not welcomed at the hotel with the usual welcome drinks (I love this about the Sensatori experience as it makes it feel special) The room we were given (2104) was opposite 2 massive diesel generators which not only were going 24/7 the exhaust pipes were level with our balcony, which meant there was no peace and we could not sit out on the balcony because of the noise and fumes. After the 1st sleepless night we went straight to reception to request a room change. We were told that it was not possible but that they would call us if one became available - obviously we weren't happy. No call came and so the next day, after another sleepless night which also saw the air conditioning fail we went to see the TUI rep who spoke to the hotel on our behalf. We finally got a room change late on the third day. However, whilst the room was quieter and had functioning aircon, the bed sheet was too small for the bed and so every single night the sheet came untucked and we got tangled up or ended up sleeping on the mattress topper. Far from the peaceful nights sleep we were hoping for! That said, the food at this hotel was amazing, and as we had no children with us on this trip, we were able to make use of the Adults only pool and bar and never once had an issue getting sunbeds.
