    Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, great food which as vegetarians was a bonus. Plenty of sunbeds, fantastic al a carte restaurants. Clean and modern.

    Overall very good, hotel excellently presented. Great holiday. Majority of staff were excellent - house/bar/wait staff friendly, welcoming and always willing to help - office/reception and TUI rep always on hand to answer questions and give guidance - one negative however was being given a letter notification of a late check out (6pm) on our penultimate day, then the following day receiving multiple phone calls from the hotel. On going to reception, we were questioned why we hadn't checked out. We advised them of the letter received and the response was \"you must have been given the wrong letter, we need the room, can you be out in 30 minutes\". There was no accountability on their end for a mistake they made, and attempted to put all the blame on us. Luckily we had done majority al packing already so wasn't a huge deal, but still a poor experience. Food at main restaurant - for a vegetarian (x1 in booking), main options at some meals was very limited. There were often options (e.g. pizzas and salads) where meats in had added unnecessary considering the vast array of other meat dish options available.
