    I was in contact with yourselves 9 times my complaint was not addressed not one visit by rep given the runaround by chatbots 300 work stolen from room reception all but called us liars police refused to give us crime report after 3 visits the only help I had was from one person after I contacted a rep by calling from a hotel we had used in July he found me on WhatsApp and contacted the police several times where he was not given any reason why we weren’t given a report and to use his words was given multiple excuses I cannot claim off my insurance without a crime report I have completed an online complaint form with the prosecutors office for the republic of Bulgaria. Worst experience ever with almost no help we need and will Persue compensation further if you want to keep any kind of reputation remove this hotel from your listing it is unsafe insanitary and ran by crooks.

    “Ogólnie polecam”

    Początek bardzo źle wrażenie bo po przylocie musieliśmy czekać kilka godzin na opaski, nie mogąc nawet korzystać z infrastruktury hotelu. Ogólnie hotel przyzwoity.

    The accommodation was awful . Before booking I checked with the hotel that I could use a hired mobility scooter in the hotel and received email confirmation. On arrival at 4am , I was given a room on 2nd floor with no lift access. This was changed after my explanation to a ground floor room. However at breakfast next morning found the restaurant is on the first floor. My scooter could not fit in the lift in the other side of the building. Hence the restaurant was not accessible and I had to have food brought down to me The food was awful. Chicken nuggets. Chips. Cauliflower sweetcorn and peas are not what I would except as breakfast items. Had to ask for butter and they ran out of white sugar after week one. We gave up trying unlabelled food as we did not know what we were eating and went out to eat

    The marble/ tiles in the bathroom were very slippery when the shower was being used and after. No hand rail in the shower cubicle as again the floor was very slippery
