“Fantastisch als Alleinreisende”

Ich bin Mitte Oktober angereist. Mein Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! Auch als Alleinreisende habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte meinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Hotelanlage ist schön, die Atmosphäre angenehm und das Personal sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen war lecker und die Auswahl vielfältig. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnte wunderbar entspannen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Strand direkt beim Hotel. Der Zugang zum Meer ist leider sehr steinig und es gibt keinen richtigen Sandstrand. Wenn man ein Stück weitergeht, findet man jedoch schönere Strandabschnitte. Das sollte man bei der Urlaubsplanung berücksichtigen. Insgesamt hatte ich eine fantastische Zeit und habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The hotel was lovely very little staff round pool rooms clean food breakfast great dinner tea x not to much allot of same stuff activities board x not much went on at all x night time went out the hotel x also I had a fall in the shower part all floor s marble shinny it was wet I took the fall the second day of holiday x no warning wet sign out boom really badly bruised doctors when got home ematorma fall again the next day as we d had rain but not acted upon in area s that need it

Arrived in Paphos coach to hotel Ascos coral bay 4star hotel. We did not have a friendly welcome just a card slid across the desk room 109. Went to our room and were shocked the wall with the air conditioning on was green with mould there was someone’s medication in a weekly medication pot on the side hair all over the floor the room smelt of damp and was dirty mould in the grout and around shower this was not 4star. We went to the desk to complain about the room as we were shocked how run down it was and someone’s medication in the room shows this was not cleaned. Staff at the desk apologised and moved us room. This room was cleaner but was still to a dated run down condition not 4star. Staff were polite but not friendly and welcoming to the hotel the hotel was very run down and dirty the lifts were filthy the pool had flys floating in it there was someone there the whole week trying to fix the filter the groat in the swimming pool was green with algae the plastic grate around the edge was broken you had to mind were you were treading so you didn’t break it more or trip were it wasn’t flushed with the floor. Food was nice and a good variety but was cold or Luke warm staff in the restaurant areas were friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Toilet and shower room next to the pool was filthy taps were mouldy and sink covered in what looked like limescale and dried soap stunk of urine one toilet was blocked and overflowing over the floor went in the next day it was the same so went to the room after they were to disgusting to use. The sunbeds were old and stained. Walking through the hotel it was all dated and dirty not 4star as advertised. We have never been we TUI before and were disappointed as we don’t feel it was worth the money we had spent we have previously used jet2 holidays and what’s been advertised has been true to there word. When spending £2200 on a luxury 4star hotel we were very disappointed and did not feel this was worth the money. Everybody we spoke to that week had said they felt the hotel was awful not 4star and not worth the money we would not use TUI again after this experience.

Terrible. Everything very dated. Needs to close down and have a full refurbishment. Would ask Tui rep to visit as I would not recommend to anyone

Lovely big pool ,plenty of sun beds ,food good ,good all inclusive served until 12 pm Hotel nice and clean .
