Very clean, friendly staff and good food choice

Only problem we found was people were drinking in the pool and smoking around the pool area,needs to be allocated somewhere . Needs more rubbish bins as litter in bushes Staff amazing Hotel clean and fresh inside

We had a really enjoyable two-week holiday at the Maris Grand Waterpark and overall came away with some lovely memories. The hotel has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and we found the staff very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. One of the waitresses in particular was absolutely lovely and really helped make our stay that little bit more special. The hotel is a good base for getting out and exploring the surrounding area, and we enjoyed being able to mix relaxing days around the hotel with trips out. We also found the food perfectly enjoyable overall and there was generally something we could find to eat. There are, however, a few areas where the hotel could definitely be improved. Calling it a “waterpark” is perhaps a little generous — the facilities are quite limited compared with what you might expect from the name, so I would recommend going with realistic expectations if the waterpark element is an important part of your booking. Some areas of the hotel also feel a little tired and would benefit from some updating and extra attention. That said, we didn’t go expecting five-star luxury and we still had a genuinely lovely holiday. For us, the staff, the atmosphere and the memories we made outweighed the imperfections. If you’re looking for somewhere fairly relaxed to use as a base for a Cyprus holiday and you’re not expecting a luxury resort or a huge waterpark, it can be a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely look back on our holiday fondly — just with the advice to read the description realistically and know what sort of hotel you’re booking.

Hotel was lovely, but I would not recommend it for a quiet holiday. The extremely loud banging music was continuous around the pool area. Felt like it was more for teenagers rather than families.

The food was not great and was cold the pool isn't big enough for the amount of guests and the sunbeds are very uncomfortable no padding them either the staff were quite rude also
