    Our hotel was amazing with glorious views and in a great location. It was very clean with a wonderful atmosphere. The food was incredible, the staff so welcoming and friendly. I would stay it's the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

    Lack of shelving in bathroom. TV was too small for the room. Balcony a bit cramped.

    The bathroom was very outdated, the shower kept flipping to the tap and the toilet didn't flush. The pool was 2.4 meters deep, there was no shallow part so fine for adults , not for children. There was not travel cot when we arrived and had to ask for a different baby mattress as it was a high suffocation risk.

    Lovely hotel inc the rooms we up graded to. However, whilst the main hotel was really peaceful, sitting on out balcony was miserable. So noisy at all times of the day and into the night. Very disappointed. Would no way I would have upgraded if it had been mentioned, as it should. Feel like we paid for a downgrade
