    We were “upgraded” to a different hotel room but that was probably because the people that were meant to have been in it couldn’t cope with the really steep hill climb to get to the room. I could barely walk by the end of the week. There was another route but that involved a mixture of stairs and steep slopes. The restaurant staff were rude and kept clearing the table of our drinks whilst we were getting more food. They didn’t like to give you more than one drink with your dinner despite it being all inclusive. The bar staff didn’t like you to go to the bar and said it was table service and yet we were constantly ignored sat at the table waiting for them to come round to you

    “Anlage hat Potential”

    Die Anlage ist super schön gelegen. Wir hatten ein Superior DZ. Es hat leider sehr modrig im Zimmer gestunken und Klimaanlage ist sehr veraltet. Die Zimmer sollten renoviert werden. Auch Möbel etc. alles sehr veraltet. Kühlschrank hört man die ganze Nacht.

    It was a beautiful hotel and had everything we needed fir a weeks stay. However on our last day we weren’t aware that we had to check out at 12pm as no one told us. We had to quickly pack our stuff up and our flight was very late in the night around 2am so we had to wait all day without a hotel room to get picked up for our late flight. Overall apart from the check out process the hotel was comfortable and lovely.
