    Recommended

    The accommodation was cleaned everyday which I liked, it was really good for everything really except food i couldn't find much i liked but I could eat at the snack bar which was brilliant to have

    The accommodation was a little tired and dated, in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in with the same rating. I appreciate its near the end of the season but the bathroom was in need of a \"good\" clean with thick black mould around the shower and on the shower hose. (This easily came off when sprayed with the shower) corridors were also noted to be dull and dark, it would benefit from brightening up with a lighter colour scheme. It was also noted that the light fittings in the room were lose, again indicating it maybe time for a refresh and a little TLC.

    The hotel was supposedly 4☆ but it was barely a 3☆ Rooms were tired and very basic definitely need updating Towels for bathroom were worn out and threadbare Welcome on arrival was non existant given 2 lists of things that you could not do

    Some of the staff were surly. Bed not made properly. Restaurant far too busy for amount of guests. Would expect separate area for families with youngsters as this spoiled experience for other guests. Pool areas etc were very clean and well maintained. Waiters very polite and friendly. But bar staff not pleasant. No smiles and quite miserable. Evening entertainment was excellent.
