    The entertainment team were fantastic and really made the holiday enjoyable, especially Pepito, who was friendly, energetic and worked incredibly hard to keep guests entertained. The food was generally very nice and well prepared, but after a few days it became quite repetitive, with many of the same dishes appearing regularly. A bit more variety would have made the dining experience much better. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff completely let the hotel down. Money was stolen from my purse while on the hotel premises, and instead of taking the matter seriously, I had to spend three days repeatedly chasing reception for updates. Communication was poor throughout, and every time I asked for information I seemed to get nowhere. After all the waiting and frustration, I was eventually told that there were no security cameras covering the area because it was supposedly a “blind spot.” This was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that guest security was not a priority. The fact that money can be stolen on the premises and nothing can be done because the area isn’t monitored is unacceptable. While the entertainment team, especially Pepito, deserve recognition for their hard work, the handling of this incident by reception was disappointing and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated, unsupported and concerned about the lack of security measures in place.

    The food times were very late considering the main clientele at the resort at UK citizens to expect young children to wait until 19:30 to have food was poor I feel. The accommodation again was not suitable for young children. Our room with two very young children was placed above the evening entertainment which naturally is loud and prevented quality sleep between 19:30/20:00 and 23:30
