we were not informed of end of season once booking this accommodation, the entertainment was awful, apart from the aqua park which we couldn't use as was absolutely freezing waters there was nothing for the family to do, we had to go out to the towns every day. the bus driver drove past me for our boat trip which we then missed, tui re booked which was then cancelled due to weather. i was so glad to get home after our start with over 8 hours delayed. i couldn't find any flights for the wednesday or i would have flown my family home after 2 days. for just short of 3 and a half thousand pound end of season we feel extremely let down

Thr only thing that wad semi good was the travel to hotel as wasn't that far from airport but when arrived no body new what bus we was on took 4 tui reps to eventually tell us what no bus was on and 4 reps said bus wasn't in but yet it was parked up in the car park no body told us weather was a catch or mini bus found out bye our self's it was a a mini bus just like we found the bus our self's the bus driver qas very ignorant after we told him were we was going he just stood them and packed the bus with everyone else cases /bags kept looking at us and our cases and ignored us never said we was the first to get of or the last or whatever never said we could sir on bus buy time we got on bus we had to squeeze past ppl to get a seat and they just gave us dirty looks no bosy told us how long we be on bus for when we arrived at destination he just got our cases of the bus plonked them in car park and got bk in bus and drove off we had to find out were reception was check in etc 💯 will never never never go back to that hotel or thet country

Lovely and clean lost of choice of food staff very friendly and helpful

My daughter and family was on a separate booking but we all travelled together, same flights, transfers and hotel. Everything was ok for the first couple of days apart from night time when parents let the children run wild in the corridors or the hotel. The activity team had no time for the kids unless they was doing an activity, you couldn't talk to the team if you saw them around the complex because they ignored you and walked straight past. One afternoon in the restaurant all the activity team was sat at the back, my daughters 5 month old baby started to cry so she picked him up to walk out the side door with him. While walking away 1 member of the activity said to another in English, people like her would have used birth control and not had a baby!! This was heard by another family who was having lunch. We all made complaints to the manager but could never see a tui rep anywhere for the rest of the holiday to follow up the complaint. A person from the other family who witnessed approached us and said she had made a complaint 7 days earlier as she witnessed him sniffing drugs up his nose. It was utter disgraceful that this man is employed in a family hotel which was obvious that there was more kids than adults around to entertain families and children. We tried to follow up our own complaints but reception only said they no nothing about it. This is when the rep would have good to have around to help us.

Large, bright, extremely clean room with lovely shower and excellent service from the maid.
