This was out 2nd time at Aqua Nevis fantastic hotel and staff, family friendly

Hotel rooms was clean, however communal areas not as clean and seating in lobby area was quite dirty and lots of mosquitos. Some residents in the hotel were very noisy as despite telling reception staff they continued to be noisy during the middle of the night, entertainment team and bar staff were very friendly and helpful however the reception staff spoke very little English and was not helpful at all. Food was OK and there was a large selection of drinks available at all the bars

Overall the hotel, staff and food was fantastic as well as cleanliness of the hotel one room. I would say the animation team at the hotel are not adequate or entertaining. I would go back to the hotel but the entertainment was not to mine or my 12 year old daughter taste.

The hotel was lovely but wasnt the cleanest. When we arrived there was a funny smell, as the holiday went by the smell of sewage round the hotel got worse and worse. My oldest child had a adults waterband which meant she couldnt take her younger siblings on the kids slide as anyone with that band couldnt go near the slide which isnt good with a 1 year old. The rooms didnt get cleaned properly and they never replaced teas/coffees or dirty cups so had to wash them ourselves and replace own stock. The bar was closed at midnight so when arrived we couldnt get a drink and in a morn main bar didnt open till 10 which meant you could only have juice or tea with breakfast. Good bits was food was lovely and plenty of choice, kids entertainment was excellent. The waterpark was good plenty to do.
