“Aqua nevis”
Really good hotel and food and the staff are as friendly as you will find worldwide. Thought the arcades and gaming pool etc was super expensive. And half the games seemed fixed never to win or simply malfunctioned and at 2.50 a go is not acceptable. Apart from this then was a fairly great experience that I would recommend to friends and family.

The hotel was great. Room was brilliant. Very clean. Staff very nice & helpful. Facilities were great. Waterpark was amazing although it would have been better to be able use AI in the Waterpark. Entertainment was good with the resources the staff had. A La Carte was a lovely addition.

Over priced for 4 star Room was facing a main road, traffic was loud at night When it was windy the windows made a noise, they wasn't sound proof Beds were uncomfortable, pillows thin Ants in the room Got bitten alive with bites even though the screen door was shut, possibly bed bugs, had to.buy bug spray. Wifi didn't work in the kids room and at times the adults room, was slow. Tv signal was bad Reception would only give us one key card as a family of five Life guards around the pool were abrupt, contantly blowing their whistles to tell kids off for minor things Pool wasn't always warm enough You couldnt take your own snacks to the water park side even though we was all inclusive The toilets pool side were dirty Food was hit and miss, not labelled properly for allergens e.g. lovely lovely chicken one dish was labelled as. Staff speak great English. Entertainment was amatuer and repetative, we went out every night to seek alternative entertainment and spent a lot of money. Rep from easy jet, trying to sell us over priced excursions. Drink selection limited and cheap spirits. Other hotel guests experienced the same issues Over all for the price it definatley wasn't worth the money, I would definatley think carefully about selling this as a 4 star.
