Very good for a family holiday. Certain bits of furniture look a little tired in the room, but not a big deal. On first night noticed that the hotel room would not lock, important with a 5 and 3 year old, called reception who sent someone straight away to fix it. Balcony door also fixed at the same time as this was not locking.

I would like to say that with a few tweaks this hotel could be superb. The accomodation is safe and secure and you arrive to a modern reception however walking through the hotel on forst impressions the corridors were tired with dirty carpet and sweltering hot. Arrival to our modern room was a lovely surprise. Hwoever the next day in the corridor it smelt of sewage drains in the morning, and we experienced ants and cockroaches in our room - the cleaning staff sorted this very quickly but it did terrify our 4 year old then for the rest of the holiday worried about finding bugs in her room. To bring the food and drinks up to perfection i would recommend improving the cocktail menu, and drinks options and another bar/smack facillity at the activity pool for children. The entertainment WOW the entertainment! Simply the best we have ever experienced in 17 years of travelling abroad. A special mention to: Lily and Daisy - you both have made a lasting impact on bella she hasnt stopped speaking about you both since we returned home! I just hope you know how truly special you and your stage academy are. Our 4 year old really made idols out of you both and the show you made was truly special! Tyler, Kyle and chloe and all the HV entertainers - you truly Make the holiday memorable for all. Because of your energy and enthusiasm we are HV converts. To the HV kids club staff - thank you for providing a safe and fun environment for our little Girl to play on holiday and make friends. Dan thanks for encouraging bella to take part in bodyboards it was such a fun thing for her to try. Karim from front reception - thank you for taking our family oictures for us on the stairs. We would struggle to capture these otherwise as a family of 3. All the staff work so hard across the hotel , especially the staff member in the sandwich corner. One thing id also change - the shop absolutely stinks of tobacco smoke and it really is grim. Its also exceptionally expensive i know you cant control everything but possibly look into it - if only the smell can be fixed.,

The hotel is kept immaculately clean. The room sizes are good. We liked that there was a wet room.

Room was really dated. Only 2 single power sockets across 2 bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Aircon was really good. Missed tea and coffee facilities and stocked fridge.

The holiday village team was amazing
