    “Toppenhotell Vila Branca”

Ett toppen lägenhets hotell. Fina rum och superbra service och trevlig personal i receptionen, restaurangen och poolbaren. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta.

Very clean inside and very well equipped. The walkways were broken in places and our balcony was not cleaned while we were there. We were allocated an apartment with a double bed and two singles I've fought I had booked three single beds the largest bedroom with the double bed could only accommodate one of us we were three single women traveling together. No other room was available. The reception staff at the accommodation we're trying to be helpful but could not change the mattress as it was a double although the bed frames were two singles.

The apartment was a good size, allowed us flexibility, and the pools as always are great for the family. The location was also great to get to the more scenic beaches. We felt that perhaps if a Tui rep was in the area they could perhaps have visited for information on local attractions, I think that the reception could been a little more helpful at times (came up with an excuse about dry cleaning when we wanted to change our towels, and had to wait until 4 on the dot before allowed in the room), but everyone has a bad days. However, overall it was great.

The accommodation was excellent very quiet, slight issue with bathroom towels and a 3 day rule on the changing of these and dirty towels being left or hung back up from the floor. The staff on site were excellent
