Paid extra for superior accommendation but position of appartment. Opposite recycling and rubbish area was noisy through the night at 2.30 am and 5.30 am with restaurants putting glass in containers that was most days and skip lorries also coming to take away then replace also 5.30 to 6.00 am.

The place we had was ok. Basic. Did the job. Except it had 8 different blocks and we were in one of the furthest away. The pool area was dead and the pool was dirty. It was far away from most the major shops and restaurants. I am pregnant so being far away wasn’t ideal. We ended up moving area completely to be nearer to actual people and places. I think it needs to advise people it’s for those who want a super quiet holiday and walks. It’s advertised as being near the beach front when it isn’t if you’re in the blocks further away. The staff were great. I can’t fault them. The room was basic and fine for self catering. The kettle didn’t work though. But location wise, it wasn’t for us - but it doesn’t mean it isn’t for someone who wanted a quiet time.

Although the accommodation was quite basic it was very spacious and a great location

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a good location 10-12 mins walk to the beach and restaurants

We booked a superior bungalow which tui said would have twin beds in the bedroom and a further single one in the lounge however, we were told that the superior bungalows are because of location i.e. close to supermarket, shops, restaurants and the beach and the only way there would be another bed in the lounge area would be if 3 or more people were sharing. I think tui need to make this clear on their website. As my daughter and I like our own space the staff kindly moved one of the beds into the lounge for us.
