Very clean and everything you need

The complex was not very clean. Our balcony was filthy. My husband had to clean it. I don’t think it is ever cleaned by the cleaners in complex

It's a basic accommodation and that's fine because that's what we paid for however the room was cleaned/towels/bedding changed just once whilst we were there for 11 days even though we were advised every 4 days (again which I don't think is enough). Bins weren't emptied and no replacement bin bags when they were full. Had to ask for toilet roll as 1 roll provided to last for a week between 4 of us. Mattress in double bedroom had the springs poking out of it and when I asked for extra pillows we were told that the hotel was full so no extra pillows. This would be fine except we had booked a room for 6 people and there was only 4 of us so technically we could've had 2 extra pillows. Sunbeds were a nightmare. The hotel were clear on no reserving policy however this was only enforced by one of the pool attendants. The others didn't bother so therefore the policy is redundant. We emailed the hotel directly and asked for a ground floor as my father had just had his knee replaced. When we got there we were top floor with no ramps/lifts just lots of steps. Again when queried we were told the hotel was full even though there were fully able families that had arrived the same day who had been allocated ground floor rooms.

Overall a good base location, nice pool, and convenient for local shops and bars/restaurants, but all beds needed new mattresses as all of us suffered with bad backs as the mattresses all dip in the middle from use even after turning them over, also hotel needs more sun beds and defently more parasols
