    Recommended

    Reviews on trip advisor suggested decor was dated, which was correct, however facilities and rooms were clean and all aspects of the accommodation were functional and didn’t impact our stay. The all inclusive drinks menu was fairly limited but again did not hinder our stay, it would have just been a bonus to access more premium branded drinks. Food was broad and of a high quality, with no digestive issues throughout our whole stay which was really positive. Our room had a great view. The entertainment staff were present, however geared very much towards the predominantly Spanish guests, which again wasn’t an issue but something worth noting for future guests there.

    The hotel and it's location were fantastic and we were really looking forward to experiencing their 'wow' experiences. However, 3 days into the holiday these were removed. The world cup final was shown on a 43 inch tv, inside, which really shocked us. Overall, the location and cleanliness cannot be faulted, but to remove the 'wow' experiences was obviously deliberate once more tourists moved in. We also noticed the snack bar plates were made smaller 3 days into our holiday. This also coincided with the arrival of foreign tourists, which was obvious and a shame as it made us feel unwelcome. Feedback for the hotel: 1. Air conditioning was weak, didn't cool the room, also dragged the smell of cigarette smoke in from elsewhere. 2. The pool area needs looking at. We saw so many children and adults slip and fall over it was worrying, even with shoes it was slippy. 3. Sign up to not reserve sunbeds, but people were doing this from 6am, and not returning to them until after midday. They need to work out how to stop this, or have maintenance staff removing the towels like we have seen in other hotels. 4. Tv no reception, WIFI was awful.

    Whilst the location is amazing, there were some issues with the hotel itself: 1. The floor around the pool is lethal, we saw ao many people slip and fall even in shoes. 2. The evening meal was a joke, you had to wait to be served drinks, even water, and as a family with children this was not fun. Two of the nights, we had a tray of drinks tipped over us by the waiting staff! 3. The air conditioning was a joke, it wasn't cold enough, and you could smell cigarette smoke through it. 4. Signs everywhere saying sunbeds to not be reserved, but people were out at 6am and not getting to them until 1pm, utter joke.

    Hotel run down, not 4star, bedrooms need updating, all old fashioned. Out side the pool was grubby and the walk ways around the pool, all the paint was coming off leaving dirty marks on the ground. The tiles around the pool were coming off and what were repaired a young lad could have done a better job. Overall the place requires an overhaul and updating , like lve said it is not 4 star
