    Recommended

    Great variety of buffet food for breakfast and evening meal. Only one bar open for the duration which often had long queues. Pool bar was small and a shame the one inside wasn’t also open, especially during the evening. Room cleaned everyday and no issues getting a sunbed for the day.

    Yes ,but you need to upgrade the rooms ,our head board was actually disgusting!! Its wooden ,it was scratched !!stained ,!!the rest of apparment ok !!clean patios also you have so many birds had poo on balcony and on on glass screen and hand rail !!not cleaned!!all holiday!!

    “Hotel marinas de nerja”

    Geweldig Hotel. Eten en drinken super. Hotelkamer was goed. Alles perfect inorde. Ook veel entertainment. Personeel heeft ons goed geholpen als we om hulp of advies vroeger. Ik raad het hotel zeker aan.

    “Hervorragend”

    Es war alles super , die Bilder in der App haben genau gezeigt wie die Aussicht im Hotel ist , wir hatten einen guten Meerblick obwohl wir dies nicht gebucht haben. Personal war freundlich , minimaler im Hotel und Nähe Hotel. Busverbindungen gab es bei Ort . Wir sind mit dem UBER gefahren , super geklappt. Animation für Kinder und Erwachsene abwechslungsreich. Essen war super und auch abwechslungsreich. Wir würden nochmal in die Gegend fliegen , aber vllt näher an die Stadt .

    The staff were rude on arrival with no empathy for our room not being ready. Just that we couldn’t check in until 4pm so left to entertain ourselves. The room itself the patio door did not lock, which was not safe for 2 year old. We asked to move rooms but told they would get maintenance to fix the door. TUI rep was able to get us moved rooms, but this shouldn’t had needed her input the hotel reception should listened to us when said we didn’t feel being on ground floor with open patio to the pool area was safe for 2year old. Cot was not in the room unpin checking in despite my requesting this back in April when we made the booking and having written confirmation this was noted for our arrival. Restaurant staff were ok, but we didn’t feel welcomed. On last date we were told by the life guard we couldnt use floats (inflatable ring) in the pool despite the other life guards not having issue with this and also information by the pool says no airbeds in the pool! Not inflatables.
