    The cleanliness of the hotel was poor and our room was not the best. We did not have a great chamber maid service until I went to the tui rep and asked why we were not getting a bedroom clean or change of bedding. We arrived on Thursday late night and eventually got our bedding changed on the Monday. The maid also left a bottle of opened cleaning solution with the lid off in our bathroom. I took this to the front desk and the receptionist went oops!!! I had no words for this response as we had a child in our room. Then one evening we were in our room when our smoke alarm went off, I went over to notify the receptionist, who told me to take the battery out and bring it over to them. So I was expecting them to sort this as it was just a battery. No!!! He told me that someone will sort it out in the morning. The sad thing is this hotel has the potential to be a really good hotel with only minor adjustments but as it is I would say, it’s not even a star.

    Staff was good, entertainment team fantastic especially with our 6 year old daughter! Food and drink was ok, limited choice and a lot of fish but always found something for all of us. Great location with a short walk to the beach with shops/restaurants. Room was kept tidy and clean. Sunbed’s around the pool were in short supply but always managed to get one if we got there for 10am when it opened. Good selection of all inclusive drinks and snack bar was very good! Would recommend!

    Lovely double balcony,we experienced loads of ants in our accommodation my husband did report it to the reception twice and was given a spray, they told us to phone reception from our room, but the hotel telephone in our room didnt work. They sent someone in to look at our phone giving us a new one, but that didnt work. Third time my husband went down about the ants in our room, they said we could have another room, we didnt move as there was only 3 days left of our holiday.
