    The staff of the accommodation was so friendly there was a gentleman on reception that was always helping to carry bags and shopping and things like that and he was just lovely and made the experience easy as we were there for a wedding and I was a bridesmaid they did support the bride as well that was great. I did request to move rooms after the first night and thinking about it probably should’ve thought about it in hindsight but they put me on the ground floor and as a female on my own with the door that could open patio wise I didn’t feel safe on the ground floor but they did move me but they couldn’t move me till the next day, but they were accommodating in doing so maybe this could be something that you look at as a policy if you see females travelling in their own, maybe they’re not on the ground floor

    The accommodation was great, very clean and the staff were very friendly. TUI describe the facilities as having a indoor heating swimming pool which is misleading as the swimming pool is not heated at all from May onwards and is very cold, it seemed irrelevant to the TUI rep but I found it disappointing as I enjoy a daily dip.

    The bathroom was very smelly. We spoke to reception and they did not fix the issue, even though we told them that the toilet seat needed replacing as it stunk! They also let people who were not staying at the hotel use the pool area and they were very noisy and drunk.
