The staff were rude, the door keys stopped working daily, it was dirty, rooms wasn’t cleaned, NO ENTERTAINMENT at all, the one day there was it was cancelled.

I found our room spotless, the staff are always cleaning pool areas , hotel was very clean. We had the apartments and I really can’t understand the reviews being negative, I am a bit ocd with cleanliness , but I found the place to be perfect. Great for kids , loved the pools , and overall very happy

We booked a room for a family of 4 we had two single beds pushed together, a sofa bed and then a camp bed with a sheet 3 duvets for 4 of us, we had an apartment with three dining chairs and the balcony had two chairs. Two glasses and two cups in the room - not equipped for 4 people

Anastasia apartments is poor. Poor quality building, the sound of the watermark pump or filter from 6.55 was so loud. Beds were never made or changed. Staff struggled with English. We though we would stay in the Anastasia beach hotel based on the pictures but had the poor relation. Misleading pictures. Food was ok though and good pool. Snack bar was rubbish and waterpark bar staff rude, even with a manager standing by them watching. It's a shame as it could be better. No chance it is 4 stars...2 at best.

The accommodation is not worth £6000 what we paid. It’s not a 4 star hotel. 2 to 3 max. Snacks around the kids pools is not existence. No entertainment around the pools. No kids club as advertised. It’s definitely good money value. I’ve stayed in less star Holtels and less money in Cyprus and these hotels were much better. If I could ask for money back for this hotel I would so.
