Found it to be great friendly hotel good food & drinks great staff & I will return.

Room a little dated... numerous cats in dining room... being fed and held at the tables.. cats spoiled dining experience. Food breakfast and evening meal 95% cold 2 microwaves to reheat food which is not good.. Inside microwaves full of food splatters. After 1st week started running out of butter 3 days...porridge...museli...bacon...milk eventually only 1.5 milk.... Very repetitive food.. Had few days bad weather so no evening entertainment but still none when weather improved. For my husband and myself the staff were doing their best and were very happy to help. I feel a 2 week holiday turned into a 1 week holiday first time I couldn't wait to go home.

Definitely worth it

I had asked for a high room and quiet. As I travelled on my own this time I was very isolated. Didn't see or meet anyone. Could still hear noise from occasional entertainment as always outside. There was a persistant dog(s) barking most evenings into early hours. There was supposed to be an underpass under the busy road. As soon as it rained it flooded, also the lane. Almost impossible to leave the accommodation in wet weather!!
