    Would like to have had a usable outside space (veranda) to sit. Only good for drying towels etc. No sun with mosquitos close to a water feature.

    I booked this holiday as I/we had the same exact holiday in September 2025 and enjoyed it very much. On this holiday we were accompanied with my wife's 87 and 88 year old parents and her sister and brother in-law. All of us paid for an All Inclusive holiday totalling approximately £9,000 pounds between 3 couples. The main reason we booked this holiday was for the fact that we could have breakfast, lunch and diner within the hotel the same as we had the previous year. Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that lunch would not be provided in the hotel but would be provided at their sister hotel which was a 15 minute walk up and down a very steep grade. The hotel made and arrangement with us (all 3 couples) that the hotel would provide transportation to and from the sister hotel. They also informed us that a side room was available during lunch time providing snacks and drinks. The hotel also informed us that in the TUI contract with us (in the fine print) that they could substitute meals which they did by providing lunch at their sister hotel. As I mentioned in my statement above I/we with my wife's elderly parents 87 and 88 years old with severely limited mobility issues. We chose this same hotel as we had the year before for the ease of access of the hotel providing ALL our meals within the hotel not having to be driven to another hotel to have the lunch meal. Nor did we expect to use the side room with snacks and drinks, this is NOT what we paid for when we took the all inclusive package. No matter what TUI has written in the contracts small print this was a very poor substitute for what we paid for which was, all inclusive! Of particular NOTE, after a few days at the hotel and talking to other couples that were guests at the hotel I/we found out that other couples who book all inclusive were informed that the hotel would not be providing the lunch time meal. I/we booked more than 11 months in advance and we were NEVER TOLD that the lunch time meal would NOT be provided at the hotel. I do not understand why TUI when they must, had to been told by the hotel of the lunch time meal being NOT available within the hotel did NOT inform me as the ALL INCLUSIVE customer. Other customers were informed as I stated above who had not book so far in advance, why was I not told?
