    Recommended

    Loved the hotel, hated the new parts bedroom, bathroom arrangement, I have been married 42yrs and there are still somethings I don't share, frosted glass toilet doors that don't fit, wakes you when the light is on in the middle of the night, designed by some young person who doesn't get up 3 times a night! Adults only hotel, older clientele, ask for the older side if you don't want to share.

    No hot water and poor water pressure in shower most days, seemed to be a common problem, food was cold most of the time, room didn’t seem to be cleaned properly and reception staff not the friendliest. Would not stay there again.

    There are a few things I would like to mention, hotel room shower was absolutely freezing cold the whole time we were there. This was a theme amongst all guests we spoke to. Also very disappointed that the a la carte restaurant was unavailable for our stay. We tried to book the first morning of our holiday and were told closed for a number if days and all other remaining days of our holiday it was fully booked! This is really poor as suppose to be included. Not good for a 4* hotel really not to accommodate all guests when advertised as such.

    We had no hot water for our whole weeks stay. Reported on several occasions but not fixed. Rain shower did not work and was also never fixed.

    Food/staff fantastic. The only issue with our room was sometimes there was a smell from the drains,we often couldn’t get hot water and the walls definitely need some soundproofing!
