The rooms were of ample size, plenty of cupboard space, however we mentioned to hotel staff about offensive sewage smells within the rooms. This was very evident once returning back to the rooms once they had been closed up for a few hours. All hotel staff could comment on was the age of the sewage system, old pipes etc. No real solution given. Had our trip been longer than the 4 night booking, I would have persisted with my concerns, as the aroma made us feel quite nauseous. Also I was aware it was coming to the end if the season, but having paid for an AI holiday, I was very disappointed with the lack of daily activities being cut sort, eg. certain bars around quieter pool areas, not being able to orders certain drinks and advised to go elsewhere to be served. Ice creams were advertised around the bars but were told non were available. We were told the resort would be closing on the Saturday, after we departed, but evening entertainment ceased on the Thursday, but guests were still arriving for their holidays on the Tuesday.

    “Unterkunft”

First room given certainly did not match what we had booked. We think it was part of the staff accommodation area. We complained about it being dark with no view and overlooked from the entrance above. Safe did not work and had to be replaced. Eventually got moved to a better room after 2 nights of chasing them. Not the way to start a holiday.
