    I am trying to complain but the complaints process theory is ridiculous. I have received two calls however I work full-time and I’m in back-to-back meetings. I need to scheduled Call. All I want is just to send my pre-written complaint to an email address and speak to an actual person.

    “Mahoon”

    Hotel ok, goście w większości Anglicy, 1 raz się spotkałem z sytuacją że podczas wymeldowania kończy się all inclusive, (12 wymeldowanie , 14:30 autobus na lotnisko) niby tylko 2,5 h ale w 35° na zewnątrz napoje by się przydały

    Klein aber Fein, sehr gutes Essen, keinen Stress mit Liegen am Pool, gutes Animationsprogramm. Sehr gute Lage, auch gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Busnetz.

    No electricity on our last morning, so no air con in our room, then no water so couldn’t shower before our flight home, transfer was at 7.20am, breakfast 7am, up at 6.30.

    When we arrived, three different people checked us in- repeated and missed information. The welcome pack was a piece of a4 paper with badly photocopied information on. No one was clear on what we were allowed to do with the other resorts or Puro Beach. So we didn’t use them. The lamp in our living room didn’t work and was the only light in there. We reported it two days running. In the end I looked at it myself instead and discovered it was the plug socket that wasn’t working and not the lamp that was broken. No one ever came. The cleaner didn’t do our room well at all. The floor was dirty. We had to wear flip flops in the room. She didn’t take glasses out from the room or top up the tea bags that we used on the first day. We let the glasses mount up until they were finally removed. She didn’t top up the toilet roll. We had to ask for it. Every time we went back to the room it became a running joke of what are we going into today. The food was okay for the first 4 nights but not on the last two. One day we hired a car and went off site for the day. We got back at 11.10pm and were told that we couldn’t have a Coke Zero as we have to pay after 11pm (after not using anything of our all inclusive that day) Some staff in the restaurant and evening bar didn’t want to be there. Others were really good. The entertainment team were good.
