    The accommodation was small, clean tidy and the stuff on duty were always friendly. However, the reason I wouldn’t book to go again if they don’t seem to have enough stuff in peak season, often that big large queues for the bar, there was no one around the pool to tidy up so if people left a mess, the area became quite dirty quickly. They did clean this every morning but over the day some guests did not clean up after themselves and would leave a mess behind. Also, I found the food fairy limited, not a good range for children or youngsters or people who are picky eaters. The food was often warm at Best. If the food has been better, we would definitely consider returning..

    We requested that we were close to each other (booked two rooms) and we ended up being upgraded to have our own little pool for each room. Even the staff throughout were so friendly and positive. Go All Senses Ocean Blue staff!!

    It is not a 4 star rate, only 3 star. Needs more frequent cleaning in pool area wc. Replace missing toilet seat in one of female toilet by pool. Paper bins in toilets in reception & pool area inadequate ( need to be replaced by large floor bins, instead of existing, which are square and narrow & always full, papers overflowing). Loungers need to be replaced ( mesh worn out and sitting straight on frames), Mattresses in 3 pull out beds so worn out that by 2night it gave my son back pain & stiffness. Stripped blue Cushions in outdoors seatings very stained. Outdoor sitting area slabbed floor needs to be washed daily( not just brushed). Condensation Linking from air conditioning from floor above should be channeled into gutters and diverted to water vats to be used in the garden. Re-grass the existing grass area, which is now more dirt than grass.

    The hotel is a little more ‘worn’ than the photos suggested and our swim up pool was not individual, it is 1 long pool with 2 bridges across it which let it down slightly but otherwise, the room was a good size, the shower room was okay, the air con was wonderful in the height of the summer and the hotel was nice and tidy.
