    Very dated old fashioned hotel. 3 star at best with old features like handheld showers over baths, mould around ceilings and many ants . Staff were brilliant ... the one saving grace.

    We had requested ground floor accommodation, but were given a first floor room overlooking the pool. So we were happy because hotel had a lift. Large balcony and lovely view. My only complaint was shower over bath and it was a high bath and really struggled to get in and out to shower.

    The hotel food was cold and also pork was being reheated for gyros by chef!!! The public had access through walkway and, we felt a bit unsafe with this. The beach was chocka block with kids and families with many getting on the hotels sun loungers or sitting down very close to us. We have not experienced this before so this was very disappointing. It is the only all inclusive holiday we have gone out of the hotel to a taverna to eat. We have been to better 5 star hotels in Greece. This hotel was more like a three star. The snack bar was good. The drinks were good. There were dogs staying in guests rooms, if I had known this we would not have booked this hotel. Dogs were also allowed on sunbeds!!! Beach bar service was excellent.

    Asked for quiet room got a foot above the bar evening music was stressfull for me. Asked to be moved twice was told not possible - there were changeovers daily they could have moved us. I knew when shown our room it was not the noisiest (our third stay at hotel). Spoilt the holiday for me - we really needed a peaceful relaxing break after a traumatic year Not happy with hotel really they are now all inclusive which attracts a different type of guest had we known when we booked we would not have booked
