    Excellent service from the very start. Manchester to Kavala, excellent service. Kavala to Thassos, coach and ferry service, first class. Alexandra beach hotel was fantastic, room with plunge pool 👍. TUI staff throughout were amazing and very knowledgeable and professional. Facilities at the hotel were first class, very very welcoming, clean, attention to detail was quality and the food in the hotel restaurant was unbelievable. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember and we will certainly share how well we were treated by all the staff and reps.

    I think that the hotel is lovely. Dont think they accommodate to allergies and intolerance the best or provide alternatives. Dont feel they explained all inclusive that well either. The room was abit small for a family of 4 but we managed. The entertainment was sparse only had live entertainment twice during our week stay. It would have been nice to atleast have abit of a kids disco for an hour in the evenings. The kids club was not the best small hut in the playground with no really timetable of activities and child could only attend for 5 years of age not the 4 that was initally on the booking. Quality of food and drink was great. Staff were friendly but I did feel we struggled with communication on a number of occasions. Hotel is lovely just wish there was a little more going on.

    The staff were very friendly without exception. The Pool Bar was our go to in the evening to have a few drinks and watch the sunset.

    The accommodation was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Clean very well everyday. Everywhere on the whole resort was the same too! We were there on an all inclusive package but not many other people at our hotel were. It was quite hard work to get drinks by the pool, we had to find staff in order to get drinks all the time because we were unable to order directly at the bar. I felt the staff should of come to us and asked if we would like drinks, it almost felt they were avoiding us! Apart from that the stay was very relaxed and we all had the best time. Reception staff were friendly and smiley if ever you spoke to them and very helpful too.
