    “Wymaga remontu, zlewanie Polaków jako gorszych”

    Od wejścia totalne olanie, nikt nie zainteresował się nami po wejściu do hotelu pomimo próby checkin, na dzień dobry mówiono do nas po rosyjsku, druga próba Turecku. Jak nie podjęliśmy rozmowy nikt po angielsku rozmawiac nie chciał. hotel bardzo zniszczony - pokoje grzybek pod prysznicem, odpadająca deska sedesowa, korytarze z brudną wykładziną, leżaki które się rozpadały. Super jedzenie, obsługa w restauracji już nie do końca. Basen bardzo brudny, wiadomo że w sezonie nie da się wymeinic wody ale żeby pływała tam trawa i orzeszki przez tydzien to trochę przesada. Generalnie hotel który był kiedyś dobry się zespół

    Giving the fact that the accommodation your expected to live in for a week stinks of cigarettes smoke/ Potential cannabis with the telltale signs also being 90% of all room surfaces supported cigarette burns. The overall general cleanliness and hygiene where nowhere near to the standard that this hotel has been rated at. The overall customer service within the hotel was nil to the extent guests where having to serf themselves at breakfast brevidge areas. There is a clear lack of direction for staff whilst all management do nothing other than play on thier phones. Evening meal experience is beyond belief as tables weren't even set with basics ie cutlery and napkins to which guests ended uo wandering about looking for utensils. Then having no table service having to go the bar to get basics such as a glass of water. Within the buffet experience there is a clear lack of education around food safety and cross contamination of raw meats. The illustration supporting the hotels websites demonstrates nothing in comparison to the buffer experience including chefs appearance. The biggest challenge within this area was the total lack of employees being able to speak English. Equally within selected areas of the inside seating areas there is a major issue with fly infestation more than likelybcreated due to the lack of sanitisation on tables within employee wiping foods direct from the table to the floor. The decor of the hotel may suit some although not as illustrated for example dark dingy corridors with broken mirrors carpet smelling of vomit and on one occasion someone had urinated in the lift.

    “Przyjemny pobyt z dobrym wyżywieniem i świetną strefą relaksu”

    Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Czystość była na akceptowalnym poziomie, choć mogłaby być nieco lepsza. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre – duży wybór i smaczne potrawy. Sauna i prywatny basen to zdecydowanie największe atuty hotelu. Ogólnie hotel w porządku.
