The location was amazing, literally 2 mins from the Acropolis, the staff were lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was varied, much more on offer than I anticipated. Can not recommend this hotel enough

“Perfecte service”

Onze reis was perfect geregeld in jullie reiskantoor op de Kouter te Gent! Er is daar een heel goede service en heel grote klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel (ze doen echt alles om je heel goed te informeren en alles tot in de puntjes te regelen)!

My room was cleaned once in four days even though my room was empty for the majority of the day I asked for it to be cleaned was asked to sit in reception for it to be done three quarters of an hour later went back still not done. I also had taxi drivers refuse to take me to top of the hill where the hotel was. I wish I was informed whilst booking that it was in such a high position as I would not have booked it
