    The hotel is outdated and in need of repair. We had to move rooms twice due to things being broken (shower head, lack of cold water, safe not working, fan not working etc.). Luckily it was off-season so there were rooms to spare. However, in peak season we would not have had that option.

    Lack off and misleading information, especially about the lack of hot water. Moved to a room which did not have what we paid for no sea view or jacuzzi. There was a jacuzzi which we attempted to use but it leaked badly draining onto the floor below and the restaurant entrance below that. We were then advised that the Jacuzzi should have been covered as there was a drainage issue!!. The sun beds were tired and a lot of them mis shaped and needed replacing. Overall this was not a 4 star holiday and overpriced which is a shame as it had a lot of potential. We have holidayed with TUI a number of times before with no issues but when we spend a large amount of our savings on a 'dream' holiday it turned into a nightmare!

    no hot water from the day of arrival until the day we left, along with the majority of the hotel guests. pool area not very clean.
