    On the positive side, the hotel itself was very clean throughout our stay. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. I want to give a special mention to Said Cebbi, who was exceptionally attentive and went out of his way for us. Another huge thank you goes to Housam, the attendant at the beach shack, who looked after us so well while serving drinks. Unfortunately, there were several issues that let the experience down: Water Disruption: While I understand it wasn't entirely the hotel's fault, turning off the water supply for an hour at 6:00 PM is a terrible idea. This is exactly when everyone is kicked out of the pool and trying to get showered and ready for the evening. The Beach Shuttle: The shuttle to the beach was absolutely useless and essentially just an ornament, as it was constantly breaking down. It is well past time that the hotel invests in a new, reliable one. Beach Accessibility & Facilities: Because the shuttle was broken so often, accessing the beach was not easy. While the hotel does have its own nicely cordoned-off section, the lack of reliable transport made it a major disappointment. Furthermore, the hotel really needs to install a shower at the gate so that guests coming back from the beach can rinse the sand off their feet and legs before entering the hotel. The Music: The entertainment and music during both the day and the night were way too loud. The hotel needs to realize that not everyone wants to listen to the loud garbage they choose to play on repeat. There was no coffee making facilities in the room. With better transport, smarter utility management, and more considerate volume levels, this could be a top-tier resort. Thank you again to the wonderful team for their hard work.

    Broken floor tiles in room and on balcony, lots of ants in room and bathroom, even after cleaner had been in room to clean there was still crumbs and fluff on floor .

    The condition of room and public spaces such as lounge (sofas were broken), bodge repairs ok balconies, stairwell dirty, lift not in great condition & water supply issues etc.. Not upto Tui 4 star standards and can tell there is staff shortage and the hotel is not prepared to be at full capacity. Staff including animation team make the hotel bearable and worth staying otherwise rating would be much worst.
