Hotel staff from reception to housekeeping , bar and food service were so friendly and made or stay . Food choices available were great and plentiful . We were allocated room 421 which was extremely tired and balcony furniture was all mismatched and old & had we been staying more than 3 days would have asked for another room . Staff were sympathetic to our comments as they are aware of huge differences in room standards . Bed was clean and reasonably comfortable though . No difference in price from old & tired rooms to newly refurbished rooms !!!!! we found out on the last day that there are some beautifully refurbished rooms in the hotel. On the last day we were given room 216 to shower before departure and this had been fully refurbished to a high standard and would have made our stay better . Hotel requires to continue with refurbishment programme to improve accomodation standards .

Overall the experience was relaxing and it was a short but good experience for my daughter's first trip abroad. The only thing I would say let the whole experience down was the cleanliness of the accommodation. It was very poor in the rooms and toilets around the restaurant and bar. There is a distinct lack of any entertainment and what was on is only a Wednesday and Friday night. Not suitable if your only on a 4 day trip as I was. I would not recommend this accommodation for families as the pool is small and got quite crowded at times and there are not enough sunbeds. If you want a cheap budget all inclusive trip to explore the local area of Faliraki then this accommodation is perfect. You have your bed and the food available is very good. I booked knowing it was a 3 star accommodation and overall the experience was good. The cleanliness let it down big style though.

We had Abbie's room. Had a refit, had amazing views & aswell as balcony doors, also had a huge window,, was cleaned every day.

“Enkelt men ok”

Litet hotell med enkel all inclusive där maten smakar bra, men fylls ej på när den tar slut. Sallader och röror magiska! Dryck basic men helt okej. För få solstolar vid poolen, annars lugnt och skönt poolområde. Varierad service i poolbaren men underbar personal i snackbaren! Enkla rum men sköna hårda sängar och bra kudde. Dålig städning i vissa rum (berodde på vilken städerska man fick). Inget vatten på rummet. AC droppade vatten i alla rum och kylskåp trasiga i två av fem rum. Cirka 10 min promenad till superfin strand! Solstolar kostade 10-20 euro att hyra. Sammanfattning: enkelt men helt okej! Vi är nöjda.

“Trevligt hotell”

I allmänhet väldigt trevligt hotell med bra mat och frukost. Vi hade väl otur,att få det sämsta rummet på hotellet, med dålig städning.
